We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a flexible Return & Exchange Policy for our wigs. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return or exchange. You may return or exchange any unused, unwashed, and undamaged wig within 30 days of delivery. The wig must be in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Wigs that have been worn, washed, styled, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange, as they cannot be resold. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the instructions provided in your order confirmation email or on our website. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the wig back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Once we receive and inspect your returned wig, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we will ship the new wig to you once we have confirmed the condition of the returned item. If the new wig has a different price, you will be responsible for paying the difference, or we will issue a refund for the difference if the new wig is less expensive.
